SALON POLICIES Extension Policy A non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to cover the cost of your extension hair. If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason you will forfeit your retainer. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason and my availability does not work with your schedule, you forfeit your retainer. Your hair is purchased by me from a 3rd party company. If any defects arise with your extension hair, I will work with you and the manufacturer to help resolve any issues to the best of my ability. Any guarantee of the quality of your extensions come from the hair manufacturer themselves. I will not cover the cost of new hair and will not refund your extension retainer for any reason. Refund Policy Due to the time and product used during your service, I do not offer refunds. I will however fix any technical errors that may have happened, such as a bleed mark or loose extension weft. If you feel that there was a technical error that occurred during your service, please reach out to me within 72 hours of your appointment and I will schedule a time to correct the needed adjustments. Any requests for correcting a technical error after 72 hours of your visit will not be honored.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours of your appointment or no-showing will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
